In Swag, the story follows Bhavabhuti (Sree Vishnu), a police officer who stops his wife (Meera Jasmine) from having children, which leads to their separation. Heartbroken and depressed, he gets a letter saying he is the rightful heir to his family’s hidden wealth. Full of hope, he sets out to claim it, only to find other relatives also claiming their rights.
The plot unravels with questions about the Shwaganik dynasty and a mysterious curse. The story explores why Bhavabhuti prevented his wife from having kids and how his ancestor, Queen Vinjamara from 1551, left a deep impact. As he searches for answers, he meets Singh and Anubhuti (Ritu Varma), uncovering his family’s past and his own fate.
Performances:
Sree Vishnu delivers his best performance, making Bhavabhuti a memorable character. Ritu Varma shines as the queen, bringing grace and strength to her role.
Meera Jasmine gives a calm, steady performance that adds depth to the story. Daksha Nagarkar adds glamour, while Director Hasith Goli impresses in parts, showing promise.
